How It Started...
Over twenty years ago this young crazy Australian landed in HHI and found herself living with a true proper Southern girl from KY. Though polar opposites in just about every way they forged a friendship that has lasted the test of time. Both having worked in food & beverage for many years they always dreamed of one day owning their own restaurant and knew they would be the perfect combination to be partners. With Tracy's impeccable sense of style, attention to detail, and head for numbers and Lauren's passion for food and cocktails, love of people and her gift for building relationships and, most importantly, their ability to laugh together and at each other, they knew it was their time.
They were fortunate to have worked over the years with a talented Chef, Adolph Aguilar who shared their vision and impressed them both with his passion and culinary skills, and soon the partnership of the Dos Amiga's expanded to become the Tres Amigo's!! Together our trio is thrilled to collaborate and share our love of food with the community.
